 INTERP N1 N2 SET -- Interpolate over regions of spectra 
 
 Parameters
           N1    -- First spectrum to set
           N2    -- Last spectrum to set
           SET   -- Set mask or not
 
 Regions defined by the mask are linearly interplated between the two 
 neighbouring unmasked data points. If there is only one unmasked point, 
 then a constant is used instead.
