 DRIFT N1 N2 - Plots drift of arc scale versus time 

 Parameters
           N1   -- First spectrum
           N2   -- Last spectrum

 DRIFT will extract the arc scale from the spectra and plot their drift
 with time. Useful for examining linearity of flexure of spectrograph
