 ASCTOM Filein Fileout  -- Reads an ASCII file in (previously converted
                          from a MOLLY file) and converts it to a MOLLY 
                          format file to facilitate file transfer.

 Parameters:

    Filein  -- Name of input ASCII file
    Filiout -- Name of MOLLY output file

This command belongs to the classes: input and output .
