 ALABEL XLABEL YLABEL TLABEL -- Sets labels for plot axes

 Parameters: 
  
   XLABEL -- Label for X axis
   YLABEL -- Label for Y axis
   TLABEL -- Label for top of plot.

 A ?? will force routines to adopt a default label. Anything else will
 be used regardless of its suitability. Normally these should be left
 as ??
