I know of the following bugs at the moment:
The "slow" option + non-velocity scale spectra though very nearly working
is not quite right for reasons I have yet to determine. Problems can be
seen in the output spectra in the form of low level spikes. Rebinnning
and 'fast' avoids this problem.
Paul O'Brien wants to able to store the coefficients of fit as well as
subtracted spectra.
Single gaussian fitting -- according to Pierre this is currently broken.
