To test interface between HAHNDOL (Goddard NR Code) and Cactus
Dale Choi (USRA & NASA/GSFC)
Thanks to T. Radke, J. Thornburg, (AEI) and P. Diener (LSU)
Sample data files from Hahndol:
- Bitant data gzz
[OCTOBER 28, 2005]
- Note that sdf looks fine, but hdf5 converted using
"hdf5_convert_from_sdf ADMBase::metric 0 0 3 ADMBasegzz_bitant.sdf
gzz_bitant_0.h5" looks weird in DV [sdf] [hdf5]
- When I tried to read in the gzz_bitant_0.h5 file into Jonathan's
AHFDirect, it returned warning message and ignored the data set in the file.
[param
file: note here the file names are wrong, but just wanted to show the
bitant grid
set-up]
- Full grid data
- Brill ID (Holz A=12).
- 256x256x256 grid points unigrid, unchunked data.
- Min/Max is (-15.9375,15.9375,-15.9375,15.9375,-15.9375,15.9375) with h=0.125.
- Initial guess for AH: A sphere centered at the origin (0,0,0) with a radius of 3.<-- may not be a good guess. =(
- SDF files: Files are temporarily removed due to disk space.
