We present multiwavelength analyses of several flares observed at millimeter wavelengths with the BIMA array. We concentrate on the implications of imaging of MeV-energy electrons which is possible at short radio wavelengths. Timing and spatial characteristics of the millimeter emission is used to compare the properties of the MeV-energy electrons with other populations of electrons accelerated and heated by flares.
