HISTORY The RXTE spacecraft experienced an attitude "anomaly" for this
HISTORY observation.  The spacecraft was mis-pointed between 0 to 55
HISTORY arcminutes, which may impact the science goals of the observations.
HISTORY The original attitude data provided to observers was incorrect.  This
HISTORY file contains reconstructed attitudes based on a ground solution of
HISTORY the star tracker data.  It is expected that this reconstruction is
HISTORY valid to within 0.5 arcminutes of the true value.  Users can find the
HISTORY original incorrect ACS apid 14 data in the file orig_FH0e....
